To commemorate Alana's five-year anniversary in filmmaking, she was selected as an honoree for the 2025 Woman on Fire Award, receiving the "Flame Carrier in Filmmaking and Storytelling" honor. The recognition was presented during the 2nd Annual Woman on Fire Gala, hosted by Sisters of Nia, which celebrated six extraordinary women whose leadership and creativity and impact have sparked change and uplifted the community.
